1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on DigiTrend are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review all product descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions:
We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
– If the product was not delivered as described.
– If there is a technical issue with the product that we cannot resolve.

For any refund requests, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Refund requests outside of these criteria will not be considered.

2. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any issues you may encounter in a fair and timely manner. If you have a problem with your purchase or are unsatisfied with a product, please reach out to us before initiating a dispute.

Steps for Dispute Resolution:

2. Resolution Process: Our support team will review your case and attempt to resolve it through clarification, assistance, or troubleshooting.
3. Escalation: If the issue cannot be resolved through standard support, we may escalate it to management for further review.

Note: Filing a dispute without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.

3. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously and consider them a last resort. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, you may be ineligible for future purchases and may have your account restricted.
